about
"I Think 'Faragh' is the saddest song on the album. From my heart point of view, it is this moment of complete despair from the world with everything it has.
And because of that the music and the production are so elevating, so liberating and truly healing. Since this song was written, I liked to think it would be a thing in a void. A sad ambience that drives you to let go and just enjoy this complete chaos of art, and dance. But all of that in endless emptiness."

(english below)
EMPTINESS
As I feel the room grow small around me
and the lines are growing deeper
This stranger sitting instead of me
and faith getting weaker
When everyone is in another world
and the emptiness gets bleaker
We lay dormant, not awake for a single second
and the wars are multiplying
Take me back to my country
and don’t tell me it’ll be rebuilt
I’ve seen enough destruction
to understand who remains silent
I’m losing control over myself
not even what I’m losing
They told me freedom is an imaginary thing
Yet here I am, free but in silence
Take me to my country and don’t tell me it’ll be rebuilt, don’t tell me, no no x 3
No, no…..

Dearest Arooj, firstly thank you. My brother died this year n what can be said about such loss n sadness. I saw n heard you at The end of the Road in England. I spent many years in India n love all the music, poetry of your heritage. Thankyou Arooj❤️ ben1769
Somewhat lopsided 'best of' with almost all of Enta Fen here, but true to the description this is a good 'best of' collection. However, if you love these songs, you will likely love all 3 Soap Kills albums, and also likely Yasmine Hamdan's solo work. BeagleBay
